Our stay at this resort was delightful, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, the lack of a shuttle service on certain days was disappointing.

Another letdown was the beach tag policy. only valid until 11 AM on check-out day after paying a deposit, which seemed a little stingy given the late check-in time.
